Ingredients:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix flour, b.s, b.p, and salt.
Grate in the butter and then mix in with hands.
Add milk and mix.
Lightly flour a surface and turn dough out. Roll into a rectangle.
With a cup cut out biscuit shapes. About an 1" thick
Place onto baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. Until golden brown.
Enjoy warm.

If making ahead pop into the fridge or freezer for a few hours and bake once needed.
Substitutions- If you do not have milk replace with ¾c sour cream and add ½c to 1c cold water. It will be sticky so you can't roll it out. Just do little handfuls of dough and it will taste the same.
If you do not have parchment paper you can sprinkle ground cornmeal on the pan and then place dough balls on top and they won't stick to the pan.
If you want to save time you can skip the rolling and just take small handfuls of the dough or make them into "drop biscuits".
You can also make these a savoury biscuit too with bacon and cheddar cheese mixed in.
