Copy of Chimichurri Sauce
  1. Chop parsley and coriander and place into bowl.

  2. Chop chilli and garlic into fine pieces and add to bowl.

  3. Pour in oil, I used garlic olive oil.

  4. Pour in lemon and oregano and mix well.

  5. Salt and pepper and your ready to use, I found it tastes a lot better after about 24hrs in the fridge.
