Baked Milk Custard
  1. Whisk them together

  2. Then cook over medium low heat, whisking constantly until thickened

  3. Chill for at least 3 hours

  4. Once set, cut into bite size cubes

  5. Brush with egg yolk, wash and either air Fry or bake on a greased pan

  6. I use my toaster oven. 25 minutes at 3:50 Fahrenheit

  7. Keep an eye out on it since oven times can vary

  8. The goal here is to just get those beautiful golden toasty spots on top and they're good
