Balsamic Glazed Pork Tenderloin

    Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Prepare the Pork: Season the pork tenderloins generously with salt and pepper.

  3. Sear the Pork: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork tenderloins and sear on all sides until browned (about 2-3 minutes per side).

  4. Prepare the Glaze: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Then, add the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, rosemary, and thyme. Stir to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken slightly.

  5. Roast the Pork: Pour the glaze over the pork tenderloins, coating them evenly. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). If you want more sauce, you can add the chicken broth to the pan halfway through roasting.

  6. Rest and Serve: Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve the sliced pork with the balsamic glaze drizzled over the top.
