Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant
Toss in shredded cabbage and cook for 4–5 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and paprika
Mix well and cook another 1–2 minutes
Serve hot on its own or with rice
