Homemade S'mores Tart
  1. Make the graham cracker crust by melting butter, mixing with graham cracker crumbs, egg yolk, sugar, and salt.

  2. Press the crust into a 9-inch fluted tart pan with a removable bottom and bake at 350°F for 13-18 minutes.

  3. Make the chocolate ganache filling by heating cream, melting chocolate and butter into it, then whipping in additional whipped cream.

  4. Pour the ganache into the baked crust and let it set for 15 minutes.

  5. Make the marshmallow topping by blooming gelatin in water, then heating it with egg whites, sugar, corn syrup, and vinegar over a double boiler.

  6. Whip the marshmallow mixture until it forms soft peaks.

  7. Spread the marshmallow over the ganache filling and toast the top with a kitchen torch.

  8. Let the tart cool completely before slicing and serving.
