Caesar Smashed Eggs on toast brunch
  1. Boil the eggs for 6.5 minutes then remove and place in bowl of very cold water. Leave for 5 minutes then peel.

  2. Add eggs to the bowl along with the yogurt, mustard, anchovies, chives and a good pinch of pepper. Mash until chunky and well mixed.

  3. Pile onto buttered toast and drape a couple of extra anchovies on the top, if you like!
