Tuna Patties With Hommus & Pita
  1. Mix all patty ingredients in a bowl until combined

  2. On a plate, form the mix into patties, cover then add to the freezer for 10mins or fridge for 30mins to chill

  3. Remove from fridge/freezer and coat lightly with panko

  4. Pan-fry in tuna oil on medium heat until golden on both sides ~5mins each side

  5. Remove and allow them to fully cool before storing in an airtight container

  6. Serve cold with pita + hommus for a no-heat balanced meal
