1-dish Bang Bang Chicken
  1. Measure out and wash your rice. Put 50g into each container.

  2. Put 150g of chicken into each container.

  3. Slice your cherry tomatoes in half and add ¼ of them into each container.

  4. Dice your pepper and put ¼ of each into each container

  5. Add ¼ of your sweetcorn into each container.

  6. Add 1 tsp of lazy garlic and 1 tsp lazy chilli into each container

  7. Add 50g of greek yoghurt and then 15g of sriracha and 15g of sweet chilli sauce into each container. Season with salt, pepper, paprika & cayenne pepper.

  8. Add 130ml of chicken stock to each container and then mix until fully combined.

  9. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 mins at 190 degrees.

  10. Serve and enjoy!!
