Measure out and wash your rice. Put 50g into each container.
Put 150g of chicken into each container.
Slice your cherry tomatoes in half and add ¼ of them into each container.
Dice your pepper and put ¼ of each into each container
Add ¼ of your sweetcorn into each container.
Add 1 tsp of lazy garlic and 1 tsp lazy chilli into each container
Add 50g of greek yoghurt and then 15g of sriracha and 15g of sweet chilli sauce into each container. Season with salt, pepper, paprika & cayenne pepper.
Add 130ml of chicken stock to each container and then mix until fully combined.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 mins at 190 degrees.
