Teriyaki Chicken Skewers
  1. Combine soy sauce, pineapple juice, hot honey, garlic, brown sugar, salt, and ginger in a saucepan; stir and bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat, whisk in cornstarch, cook until thickened. Remove from heat.

  3. Thread chicken onto skewers. Season with salt and pepper. Brush with sauce. Marinate 2 hours or overnight.

  4. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil. Bake skewers 10-13 minutes.

  5. Broil skewers 6 inches from heat, 2-3 minutes per side, brushing with sauce. Serve with extra sauce.
