Lemon Syllabub
  1. In a large bowl combine heavy cream, sugar, apple juice (any acidic liquid refer to recipe ingredients), lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla.

  2. Whip until thickened and stiff.

  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for a minimum of 1 hour.

  4. After it’s been cooled, portion out, serve, and enjoy!
