High Protein Cottage Cheese Breakfast Biscuits
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Add all ingredients to the bowl up to the baking powder. Mix until combined and then fold in the veggies.

  3. Scoop out about ⅓ cup batter to the sheet pan lined with parchment paper or silicone per biscuit, making 11-12 evenly sized biscuits. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  4. Let biscuits cool and then dig in.
