Mash the ripe bananas (around 1 cup)
Crack in two eggs

Mix the wet ingredients
Add 1 cup of oat flour
Add ½ cup of almond flour
Add 1 tsp of baking powder
Add 1 tsp of cinnamon
Add a pinch of salt
Mix the dry ingredients
Add ¾ cup of walnuts
Add ¾ cup of pitted and chopped dates
Line a baking pan with parchment paper
Bake at 350F for 45 minutes
