Healthy Date And Walnut Banana Bread
  1. Mash the ripe bananas (around 1 cup)

  2. Crack in two eggs

  3. Add ½ cup of applesauce

  4. Add 3 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey

  5. Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  6. Mix the wet ingredients

  7. Add 1 cup of oat flour

  8. Add ½ cup of almond flour

  9. Add 1 tsp of baking powder

  10. Add 1 tsp of cinnamon

  11. Add a pinch of salt

  12. Mix the dry ingredients

  13. Add ¾ cup of walnuts

  14. Add ¾ cup of pitted and chopped dates

  15. Line a baking pan with parchment paper

  16. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes
