Place lemon slices over the fish fillets.
Drizzle the remaining olive oil over the dish.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Optionally, uncover and broil for an additional 5 to 10 minutes for a crispy finish.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
