Pat the salmon dry and brush lightly with avocado oil. Season with salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika, rubbing it in well so the salmon is evenly coated.
Add soy sauce, honey, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger paste, sriracha, oyster sauce (if using), and lime juice to a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.
Place salmon in the air fryer and cook at 385°F for 8–10 minutes, depending on thickness.
During the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush the salmon generously with glaze and continue cooking until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Brush with another layer of glaze for a sticky, glossy finish.
Serve with cilantro lime rice, edamame, and marinated cucumbers. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds & sliced green onions!
