Quick Gluten Free Breakfast Casserole
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Butter small casserole dish. I used a 5” round dish.

  3. Crack eggs in dish, beat lightly.

  4. Add in bread, stir to coat bread with egg.

  5. Add all other ingredients to the dish and mix together.

  6. Bake for 20-25 min until eggs are cooked.
