Preheat oven to 190C.
Chop tomatoes and garlic, season with salt and pepper, drain the juice after 5 minutes.
Roll out puff pastry on a sheet of greaseproof paper, spread pesto, feta, and tomatoes, and roll vertically.
Make diagonal cuts in the roll ⅔ down, then squish down the parts in the middle to form a circle shape, pinching the ends to join them together.
Brush with egg wash, add sesame seeds, lift the paper with the ring into a baking dish, and bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes.
Drizzle honey over the pastry while it's hot. Enjoy!
