In a blender, mix cucumber, mint, agave syrup (or honey) and water until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous texture.
Pour the preparation into the Ninja Creami container, taking care not to exceed the Max Fill. Cover and freeze for 24 hours.
Once frozen, place the container in the Ninja Creami and select the Sorbet to obtain a soft and refreshing texture. Use the Respin if necessary to adjust the consistency.
To assemble the salad, place strawberries cut in half in a large bowl, then add pieces of melon, cucumber, and some cherry tomatoes.
Place a cucumber sorbet ball in the center of each plate. A net of honey or a few basil leaves add a gourmet touch to finalize this refreshing salad.
