Heat-treat cake mix by microwaving 30 seconds twice, stirring each time, and cooling.
Beat cream cheese until smooth for 2 minutes.
Add cooled cake mix to cream cheese and mix until incorporated.
Chill mixture for 2 hours.
Scoop and roll into 1 tbsp balls.
Melt candy wafers and dip each ball to coat.
Melt almond bark and drizzle on top.
Chill again before serving.
