Nori Butter Pasta
  1. Combine and blend all ingredients for nori paste until smooth: 1 pack nori seaweed snack, 2 tbsp olive oil (add more if too dry), 1 egg yolk, 2 cloves garlic, salt and pepper as needed.

  2. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  3. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp olive oil.

  4. Add 1 cup mushroom and 1 chopped spring onion, sauté until softened.

  5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan.

  6. Add 1 small cube unsalted butter and a bit of pasta water.

  7. Add the prepared nori paste.

  8. Stir everything together until well combined and creamy.

  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
