Baked Pears
  1. Preheat the over to 350°F.

  2. Cut the pears in half and remove pits. Place in a baking dish. Place ½ teaspoon of butter in the center of each pear and generously drizzle with honey (or agave). Bake for 30–35 min.

  3. With a hand mixer, whip the heavy cream up until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla and the mascarpone. With a wooden spoon slowly mix everything.

  4. When the pears are baked and browned, place one half on a serving plate.

  5. Add 1–2 tablespoon of mascarpone cream in the center and top with the pistachios, the pumpkin spices and an additional drizzle of honey. Enjoy!
