Ritas Almond biscuits
  1. Beat egg whites until it becomes slightly frothy

  2. Add sugar and mix

  3. Add almond & vanilla essence

  4. Roll into little balls and flatten to your liking (Greek version is to roll them in almond slivers, italian version is with icing sugar)

  5. Bake in oven at 200 degrees, about 10 mins. Check the colour not to over cook it.
