Brown the butter
Add a few tablespoons of water back to the browned butter
Mix 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1 teaspoon espresso powder
In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup brown sugar, ½ cup white sugar, 1 egg, and 1 egg yolk
Combine the dry and wet ingredients
Fold in the chopped chocolate and chocolate chips
Roll the dough into balls and bake at 350°F for 14 minutes
