Use your hands to shape the mixture into a ball. If the mixture is too soft, add a tablespoon of milk or refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up before shaping.
Roll the formed cheese ball in additional mini chocolate chips and crushed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups until fully coated.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld. Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, or apple slices for dipping.
