  2. Add the cold butter cubes and pulse until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.

  3. Add the sour cream and pulse until the dough just comes together.

  4. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead a few times to bring it together.

  5. Shape the dough into a disc, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using. She said freeze 2 hrs or even overnight
