Bake Texas toast slices on a baking sheet per package instructions.
Use a spoon to press a shallow well into each piece of toast.
Add chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, and bacon to each slice.
Return to oven until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve with leftover Alfredo sauce for dipping.
