Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Flatten dough, add Brie cube, and seal into balls.
Place balls in a circular wreath on the tray.
Mix melted butter and garlic, brush over dough balls.
Sprinkle pecans, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Garnish with parsley and enjoy warm.
