  2. Add wet ingredients: Greek yogurt, fat-free ultrafiltered milk, and olive oil to the dry mixture until batter-like consistency

  3. Spread dough onto a ceramic or non-stick half size sheet pan

  4. Bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes

  5. While dough bakes, prepare creamy buffalo sauce by combining cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, butter, and ranch seasoning

  6. Air fry lightly breaded chicken strips until cooked

  7. Once dough is par-baked, spread creamy buffalo sauce over it

  8. Add a layer of extra-sharp white cheddar
