Puffed Quinoa Chocolate Bars
  1. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat, or microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring in between

  2. Mix the puffed quinoa and peanut butter into the chocolate then pour into a loaf mould/lined tin

  3. Chill until set, cut into slices and enjoy!
