Sprinkle yellow cornmeal on your work surface
Place one third of pizza dough on the cornmeal and toss to coat
Press the dough out flat without creating a crust, stretching it into a rectangle shape
Flip and stretch the dough using your hands and fingertips
Place dough on a parchment paper-lined pan, hanging the top part over the side
Spread 2 ounces of shredded mozzarella on the bottom half
Fold the top half over the cheese
Cut the dough up the middle with a pizza cutter
Cut each half up the middle, then cut each piece in half to create 8 equal slices
Sprinkle 3 ounces of mixed cheddar and mozzarella (pre-mixed) on top
Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes
While baking, mix together melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and Italian seasoning to make garlic oil
Remove from oven and brush garlic oil on top
Cool for a minute before serving
