Speedy Five-Spice Salmon
  1. Preheat the grill until it is very hot.

  2. Place the garlic, ginger, spring onions, zest, lemon juice, five spice powder, honey and soy sauce in a food processor and whizz for 1 to 2 minutes until it forms a thick paste.

  3. Brush the salmon fillets with the paste.

  4. Place under the preheated grill and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until tender.
