Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, whole grain mustard, Old Bay hot sauce, salt, pepper, roasted garlic, onion powder, and paprika.
Fold in the crab meat and chives.
Grate the hickory smoked cheddar cheese and add it to the mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with additional cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Serve the crab dip warm with pretzel crisps or other dipping crackers.
