Slow Cooker Chicken Curry
  1. Coat the cubed chicken breast in the yoghurt and curry powder from the first ingredients list and mix well. Brown in a pan with a tsp oil until the coating has stuck to the chicken and slightly browned then transfer to the slowcooker.

  2. Add all of the remaining ingredients to the slowcooker apart from the peas and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.

  3. 15 minutes before serving, add your peas (defrosted) or if still frozen add 30 minutes before to ensure they're fully heated through.

  4. Serve with rice, noodles or your favourite chip shop curry side!
