Prepare the Cajun Seasoning Blend (recipe in the Fit Flavours cookbook)
Season the shredded cooked chicken with the Cajun Seasoning Blend
Add barbecue sauce to the seasoned chicken and mix well
Place the seasoned chicken on one half of a tortilla
Top with shredded cheese
Fold the tortilla in half and cook in a skillet or panini press until golden brown and the cheese is melted
Serve with the optional Avocado Protein Crema (recipe in the Fit Flavours cookbook)
