Combine ingredients thoroughly.
Press evenly over bottoms and sides of a nine or 10 inch pie plate or springform pan.
Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes.
Cool before filling.
Whip cream cheese until no lumps form.
Add icing sugar, combine until smooth.
Fold in whipped Dream Whip.
Spread over cooled crust.
Put in fridge to set for at least two hours.
Spread with one can of canned cherries.
