Lemony Green Beans
  1. In a pan, place beans and bring a few inches of water to a boil.

  2. Boil 5-7 minutes or until tender.

  3. While the beans cook, grate and juice the lemon.

  4. Drain the beans, if necessary, add olive oil or butter and lemon juice.

  5. Salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving.
