Garlic & Herb Boursin Spaghetti With Chili Crisp
  1. In a large skillet or wide, deep pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.

  2. Add the spaghetti to the skillet, pouring in the water or chicken broth until the noodles are just submerged. Stir gently to prevent sticking. Cover and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed (about 10–12 minutes).

  3. Reduce the heat to low. Stir in the Garlic & Herb Boursin Cheese, allowing it to melt and create a creamy sauce. If the sauce feels too thick, add a splash of water or broth to loosen it.

  4. Stir in 1–2 teaspoons of chili crisp, depending on your desired spice level. Taste and adjust with additional chili crisp, salt, and pepper as needed.

  5. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley or basil for a pop of color and flavor if desired.
