Tamarind Fish
  1. Rub fish with salt, set aside 15 min.

  2. Mix stuffing, rinse fish, and fill cavity.

  3. Tie with thread.

  4. Mix tamarind topping and coat the fish.

  5. Bake at 200°C for 15 min, then 180°C for 15–20 min.

  6. Remove thread, garnish, and serve with rice.
