In a large bowl, combine chicken, bacon, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, spinach, bell pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Place half the filling in the center of a tortilla, fold sides, and roll tightly. Repeat with second tortilla.
Heat skillet over medium, place wraps seam-side down, and cook 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
Let wraps cool slightly, slice diagonally, and serve warm.
