Cream Cheese Muffins Recipe
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degree C. Line a 12 cup muffin pan with cupcake cases.

  2. Take flour, baking powder in a bowl and mix well. Set aside.

  3. Take butter, cream cheese, vanilla, salt and sugar in a large bowl.

  4. Use a electric beater to whip for 1 to 2 mins.

  5. Add in egg and mix again till fluffy.

  6. Now add in flour mixture and milk and beat for few seconds.

  7. Now use a spatula to scrape the bowl.

  8. Use a icecream scoop to fill the muffin pans with batter. Fill the batter right to the top.

  9. Now sprinkle some sugar on top.

  10. Bake this for 20 mins till golden.

  11. Remove and serve warm.
