Japanese Carrot Ginger Salad Dressing
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender (raw carrots or roasted carrots), without the water. Blend a minute or so until completely smooth.

  2. Then add the water, as needed, until you reach the desired consistency. Taste & adjust as needed!

  3. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to a week!

  4. Separation is natural - just shake it up well before use!
