Spiced Chicken & Mango Salsa Bowls
  1. Place the chicken in a mixing bowl. Add the olive oil, minced garlic, sweet paprika, oregano and honey. Season with sea salt and black pepper and toss to coat.

  2. Air-fry the chicken at 350 F/180 C° for 10–12 minutes. Cook time will depend on the size of your chicken strips. Alternatively, pan fry until cooked through.

  3. To make the salsa, combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Season with sea salt and pepper and toss to combine.

  4. To serve, divide the rice between two serving bowls. Add the mango salsa, cooked chicken, sliced avocado, some coriander leaves, and then the tabasco or hot sauce, if using.
