High Protein Ranch Dip
  1. Add the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt and lemon juice to a food processor. Process until smooth.

  2. Add in the seasonings. Pulse a few times to mix. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.

  3. Transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with celery, carrots, cucumber, low-carb crackers or dippers of choice.
