Roll bunches of enoki into beef slices
Slice onion
Heat pan with oil, cook onion for 2-3 min
Mix sauce ingredients
Place rolls into pan, add broth mix, cover and simmer over medium - low heat
Beat eggs, slice green onions.
Flip beef to cook other side.
Add egg, scallions, and sesame seeds once beef is fully cooked. Cover for 1-2 min until egg is fully cooked.
