Enoki Beef Roll
  1. Roll bunches of enoki into beef slices

  2. Slice onion

  3. Heat pan with oil, cook onion for 2-3 min

  4. Mix sauce ingredients

  5. Place rolls into pan, add broth mix, cover and simmer over medium - low heat

  6. Beat eggs, slice green onions.

  7. Flip beef to cook other side.

  8. Add egg, scallions, and sesame seeds once beef is fully cooked. Cover for 1-2 min until egg is fully cooked.
