  1. Blend all ingredients (dates, oat flour, cocoa powder, mixed seeds, vanilla protein powder, honey, and peanut butter) until a dough is formed

  2. Press the dough into a tin

  3. Melt the dark chocolate

  4. Pour melted chocolate onto the base

  5. Chill until set

  6. Sprinkle with additional mixed seeds

  7. Enjoy
