Soybean Sprout Side Dish (kongbap)
  1. Blanch the sprouts for 1.5-2 minutes in boiling water

  2. Rinse in cold water and squeeze out any excess water

  3. Mix with garlic, green onion, salt, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil

  4. Use about 2-3 tsp of Salt and 1-2 tbsp of sesame oil, but you can taste as you go to flavor to your liking

  5. Top with sesame seeds
