Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

    Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced ham, and Swiss cheese. Mix well and spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, chicken broth, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken and ham layer in the baking dish.

  5. In a small bowl, mix the almond flour and grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
