Mix the milk and pineapple juice then heat it
Add the active yeast and honey, whisk and set aside
Mix the flour, salt, sugar, eggs, butter, and yeast mixture once it has bloomed
Mix with a stand mixer and dough hook until a dough forms
Knead the dough and let it rise for an hour
Roll the dough into 12 balls and place in a buttered pan Letting them proof again while you preheat your oven to 375 F
Egg wash the rolls and bake in the oven for 25 minutes
