In a large microwavable mug, combine chicken, frozen vegetables, cornstarch, salt, pepper, stock, and milk. Stir well.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Rub in butter until crumbly.
Stir in milk and herbs to form a batter.
Spoon batter on top of chicken filling in mug.
Microwave for 2 to 2 minutes 15 seconds until topping is set and cooked.
Let cool slightly. Enjoy warm!
