Slice baby broccoli or broccolini in half lengthwise before cutting into 1” pieces.
Medium dice a white onion.
Heat a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Add the veg once hot and season with a pinch of salt/pepper.
Cook for 5-6 minutes until the veg starts to pick up some color and the onion just barely starts to soften.
Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Add the beef to the pan and cook one side for 2-3 minutes until a nicely browned crust forms on one side.
Break the beef apart and fully cook.
While the beef cooks, mix together ¼ cup (74g) hoisin sauce and 2 tablespoons each of sriracha, rice vinegar, coconut aminos, and water.
Add the sauce to the cooked beef, stir together, then leave untouched for a couple minutes until the sauce fully reduces and starts to caramelize on the bottom.
Add the veg back to the pan with the beef and toss together.
Serve over steamed rice.
